Dr. Battaglia was born in Italy but came to the United States to finish high school and obtain a bachelors degree. He returned to Italy to get his medical degree and moved back to the United States after completion. When he is not working, he and his family enjoy finding good Italian restaurants through out the area. Dr. Battaglia joined Tennessee Heart in 2012.
