With more than 25 years of healthcare experience under his belt, Dr. Case helped found the CRMC Heart & Vascular Center. The center is the first and only comprehensive cardiac care center in the region. In talking with Dr. Case, you will probably hear him call himself “just a country heart doctor”. Dr. Case is one of our founding physicians.
